Technical Coordinator

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the external technical development of the College, focused on breeder training and the technical strengthening of clubs. He/She acts as the link between the College’s technical system and the ornithological community, promoting standardization, proper event execution, and the overall elevation of technical quality.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

External Technical Planning and Development

• Design and implement:
• Technical programs aimed at breeders
• Standardization initiatives within clubs
• Strategies to improve the technical level of competitions
• Coordinate with:
• Technical Committees
• Judges (when necessary for events or training activities)

Breeder Training

• Develop and execute:
• Educational programs for non-judge breeders
