1. Opening Plenary Session

2. Introduction of officials, judges, candidates, and guests.
3. Attendance check.
4. Reading and approval of the agenda.
5. Presentation of annual meeting objectives.
6. Guidelines for the work of the various sections.
7. Distribution of participants and technical documentation.
8. Break and organization by section

10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Break.
• Participant relocation and organization.
• Designation of moderator and secretary for each section.
• Distribution of topics and working documents.

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Each section will address the following points:

1. Reading and approval of the annual work plan.
2. Evaluation and discussion of technical topics.
3. Analysis of technical and administrative matters.
4. Review of judge training and professional development needs.
5. Consideration of proposals presented at the 2026 Seville Congress.
6. Definition of recommendations and agreements.
7. Preparation of the section's final report.
8. Designation of the representative responsible for presenting conclusions to the plenary session.
9. Plenary session about conclusions

Starting at 2:00 p.m. | All participants

1. Reconvene at the general session.
2. Presentation of reports from each section.
3. Discussion and clarification of recommendations.
4. Approval of agreements and resolutions.
5. Designation of responsible parties and deadlines for implementation.
6. Presentation of general matters.
7. Reading of the meetings conclusions.
8. Closing remarks by the Presidency.
9. Official closing of the 2026 Annual Meeting of the National College of Judges.
